Diploma in Real Estate

The Continuing Studies Diploma in Real Estate is a part-time program which delivers a comprehensive body of knowledge and skills for success in the real estate field. For international students, the program can be taken on a full-time basis over two years. The Diploma includes core study courses with specialization in several study areas to allow the participant to pursue a career in many Real Estate disciplines, including Appraisal, Property Management, Construction & Development, and Real Estate Investing.

Program Recognition

Our programs are recognized by the University of British Columbia, the Appraisal Institute of Canada, the Professional Association of Managing Agents, B.C. Non-Profit Housing Association, and BC Financial Services Authority.

Graduates of the CS Diploma in Real Estate can earn an RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of BC.
