Conditional Admission

BC secondary school students who are under 19 years of age who will not graduate from secondary school because they are missing only one course and are currently registered in the missing course may apply for conditional admission.

Conditional Acceptance is limited to the fall semester.

Submit an appeal

Students eligible for conditional admission must complete the Appeal for Conditional Admission or Concurrent Studies Form and submit the necessary documentation in order to maintain their course registration. To be considered for conditional admission, students must: 

1. Email the Appeal for Conditional Admission & Concurrent Studies form to admissions@langara.ca (domestic students) or ieadmissions@langara.ca (international students) :
2. Submit an official interim transcript through the Student Transcripts Service (STS); ensure Langara is authorized to receive updated transcripts for one year.

Deadline

You must submit your appeal and supporting documents to the Registrar & Enrolment Services at least 10 business days before the first day of fall semester classes. 

Students who have not graduated and have not been approved for conditional admission will be removed from registered courses.
