Minimum program tuition
Tuition is approximate for the shortest program duration and is based on the minimum requirements for completion.

Scholarships
Langara College scholarships and awards are intended to recognize and support the outstanding achievement of our students.
All scholarship and award recipients must satisfy the following criteria for departmental scholarships:
- be a full-time Regular Studies student in the semester for which the scholarship or award will be received
- currently registered in a minimum of nine credits and in a minimum of nine credits in one of the past two semesters
- enrolled in at least their second semester of study
- must be in good standing at the College
- have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
- meet any additional scholarship criteria specified by a donor; these can be found under the scholarship name on our website
- most departmental scholarships do not require applications and students are selected by recommendation by program Faculty when they meet the specific scholarship criteria. If applications are required, please check with the specific department chair of the program
Scholarship and award recipients must satisfy all criteria specified by a donor, unless the donor agrees to waive those criteria.
Specific criteria for scholarships awarded in the Spring semester:
Eliza Kuttner Computer Science Scholarship
To be awarded to a first or second year student in a Computer Science or Bioinformatics program, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. The recipient must have successfully completed CPSC 1160 or equivalent, and demonstrate leadership in the Langara Community, classroom and/or with student clubs. Students are eligible to receive the award more than once during their time at Langara College. Preference given to a female student.
Hugh Lefebvre Memorial CSIS Co-operative Education Scholarship
To be awarded to recognize a student's academic excellence in their first two terms in one of the Department of Computer Science (CPSC) programs. The recipient must have achieved the highest cumulative GPA.
Specific criteria for scholarships awarded in the Summer semester:
Eliza Kuttner Computer Science Scholarship
To be awarded to a first or second year student in a Computer Science or Bioinformatics program, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. The recipient must have successfully completed CPSC 1160 or equivalent, and demonstrate leadership in the Langara Community, classroom and/or with student clubs. Students are eligible to receive the award more than once during their time at Langara College. Preference given to a female student.
Habib Kashani Memorial Scholarship
To be awarded to a Department of Computer Science student who demonstrates excellence in the field. Students must have completed two hardware courses (CPSC 1401: Introduction to Computer Electronics and CPSC 2401: Digital Systems Design) with the highest combined average in these two courses. Must hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
Hugh Lefebvre Memorial CSIS Co-operative Education Scholarship
To be awarded to recognize a student's academic excellence in their first two terms in one of the Department of Computer Science (CPSC) programs. The recipient must have achieved the highest cumulative GPA.
Specific criteria for scholarships awarded in the Fall semester:
Darryl Wong Memorial Scholarship
To be awarded to a student who has completed CPSC 1160 and CPSC 1181 and achieved the highest grade average in these two classes.

Tom Harris Memorial Bursary/Scholarship
To be awarded to students who have completed the first two terms of the Computer Science program. The award is granted based on demonstrated financial need (a bursary application must be completed) and satisfactory academic standing (GPA of 2.33). Recipients must also exhibit the characteristics demonstrated by Tom Harris - as a skillful manager of the technical aspects of his work and a cheerful “willingness to give”.
