Composition and Design

Learn to make rather than take photographs by exploring the fundamentals of composition, design, and conceptualization. Focus on contemporary and historical issues of photography and its vocabulary (balance, movement, contrast, juxtaposition, etc.). Also study the impact of these visual aspects on commercial and fine art buyers. Practical applications and practices are demonstrated throughout the course.Prerequisites: Practical Lighting or equivalent.
