With a growing workforce, management roles will be impacted with a larger proportion of employees leaving the workforce with the aging population, which will result in a changing labour market. Effective change management skills will play a crucial role when hiring new employees to minimize disruption, maintain productivity, and foster a positive work environment during times of significant personnel changes. 

Change management leadership training will be valuable to leaders, organizations and businesses, and the economy. With the constant change in technology, new systems and use of artificial intelligence (AI), the workforce will need to adapt to change.
