Registration Access Schedule

Registration System availability: 0100–2100 Monday to Sunday, exceptions stated below.

Date
Registration Period 1: June 16–August 14, 2025	Registration is available during regular hours (0100 to 2100 hours) for verification of registration; course adds, drops, and changes; and account information for students with previous access to Fall Semester 2025 registration. Tuition fees for courses added during this period are due before 2100 hours on Friday, August 15, 2025. Students who do not pay their fees in full by this date will be dropped from all of their registered courses on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 (See Fees Information).
Restricted Registration Period: August 15–19, 2025	Access to the registration system is restricted. No access to course adds. Waitlist system unavailable.
Closed Registration Period: August 20, 2025	Registration system unavailable. Students with an outstanding balance of $350 or more, students who do not meet prerequisite requirements or high school graduation requirements, or students placed on academic suspension will be dropped from all their registered courses. Check your account balance by logging into the Student Information System.
Registration Period 2: August 21, 2025–September 8, 2025	Registration will be available for verification of registration, as well as course adds, drops, and changes. The waitlist system will reopen on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 0900 hours and end at 2100 hours on Monday, September 8, 2025. No offers will go out after 1200 hours on Monday, September 8, 2025. Offers that are sent on Monday, September 8, 2025, will expire at 2100 hours on the same day no matter what expiry date and time is indicated on your 'Waitlisted Courses' page. Tuition fees for courses added during this period are due immediately following registration. Courses added during this period will not be dropped for non-payment of fees. Students remain liable for any fees owing. Any outstanding balances on or after Wednesday, September 10, 2025, will be subject to compounding interest and late payment charges (see Fees Information). Non-refundable fees must be paid, even if you have dropped your courses. Login to Student Accounts and navigate to Account Balance & Payments to review your account for any outstanding fees.

Note: Langara reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule without prior notice. On occasion, it is necessary to cancel a course or make last minute changes.
