Professional Development - Level 2

Learning success in teams is the second module of the Professional Development Program. In this module students will develop interpersonal skills that will help them to be a more effective team member. These competencies are essential to success, both in college and in a career. Through 1:1 coaching with a Success Coach, students will start learning about: the ability to provide and receive behaviour based feedback, as well as effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Students will be working towards being able to provide specific and detailed answers to interview questions that typically relate to teamwork.
