Advanced Strata Management

This is an applied course for working strata managers. You will develop hands-on knowledge and skills for problem solving. You will also acquire a deeper understanding of how to handle everyday challenges pertaining to statutory compliance, annual general meetings, council meetings, mixed-use stratas, budget preparation, financial reserves, building maintenance, insurance claims, and time management. Prerequisites: A current strata management license or permission from the instructor. Note: This course will be conducted online through Zoom video conferencing during scheduled course hours. Interaction with the instructors and students through Zoom enhances learning.
