Description
The future of storytelling is in the digital space. In this course, students examine new trends in online communications and mobile journalism, while becoming fluent in a variety of digital media formats. They explore writing for the web, using social media for journalism and public relations, blogging, and online production techniques. Students learn how to use a mobile device to record video and audio and capture photos in the field, then package and repurpose that content for online use.
