Occupational Health and Safety Law - Level 1

This course examines Provincial statutes as they apply to workplaces within the Province of British Columbia. The internal reporting system and the systems partners, such as WSBC and various governing bodies, will be reviewed. Applicable legislation will be studied as well as its relationship to occupational health and safety including the acts and regulations, WHMIS, Designated Substances, among others.
