Important Notes

  1. All courses used toward program requirements (including courses used to satisfy admission requirements) must be completed within a total of four calendar years regardless of when a student has entered the program.
  2. Prospective students with admission requirements completed more than two calendar years prior to program entry will be referred to the department for advising.


Applicant Notes

  1. Resumé must indicate a minimum of six months of experience in a food service or nutrition-related field, paid or volunteer.
  2. The letter of intent needs to be a maximum two pages that explains why the applicant wishes to be considered for the program.
  3. Admission to a program does not guarantee registration into required courses.

All required documents must be submitted by:

  1. Fall semester: May 31
  2. Spring semester: October 31
  3. Summer semester: February 28
