Effective Change Management Leadership Micro-Credential:
With a growing workforce, management roles will be impacted with a larger proportion of employees leaving the workforce with the aging workforce, which will result in a changing workforce. Therefore, effective change management skills will play a crucial role both when hiring new employees to minimize disruption, maintain productivity, and foster a positive work environment during times of significant personnel changes.
Effective Change Management Leadership training will be valuable to leaders, organizations and businesses, and the economy. With the constant change in technology, new systems and use of artificial intelligence, the workforce will need to adapt to change. Training resulting in a micro-credential allows for relatively cost-effective, efficient, and expeditious upskilling/reskilling for leaders to be able to support teams and the organization with change.
This micro-credential will equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to support and navigate organizational change successfully. The program focuses on developing leaders to effectively manage and guide their teams through periods of transition, ensuring smooth and positive outcomes.
Leaders will also learn the importance of communication, strategic planning, and goal setting in change management. Students will learn to understand the components of comprehensive change management plans and reflect on how their role can support the change within their teams to achieve desired change outcomes.

This is an online, self-paced program. The courses within the micro-credential will be delivered with asynchronous learning to allow for flexibility and accessibility.
