Student progression and maintenance of standing

In order to progress in the program, students must achieve a minimum "C+" or "S" grade in all courses.

To progress from Term One to Term Two, students must:

  1. Submit a completed Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the NPIC department assistant before the end of Term One. Students will not be permitted to progress from Term One to Term Two unless they have submitted a CRC.

  2. Seek a credential evaluation at one of the following agencies: the Canadian branch of World Education Service (WES); Comparative Education Service (CES); International Credential Assessment Service (ICAS); or International Credential Evaluation Service (ICES). Students must submit proof of payment for credential evaluation to the NPIC coordinator at least one week prior to NPIC registration for Term Two.
